Aquestes s\u00f3n necess\u00e0ries per a aprendre correctament com fer pilates, aix\u00ed com modificar les postures poc higi\u00e8niques que aprenem i\/o adoptem durant la nostra vida.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Ens plantegem els objectius a aconseguir (alleujar mol\u00e8sties, ensenyar-te una bona postura, enfortir la musculatura, etc.). Un bona postura pilates ens dona molts beneficis, per\u00f2 un pilates mal realitzat pot fins i tot lesionar-nos. \u00c9s per aix\u00f2 que demanem la realitzaci\u00f3 de la iniciaci\u00f3.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Aquestes dues sessions es realitzen en setmanes separades i cadascuna t\u00e9 una durada aproximada d&#8217;hora o hora i mitja.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Posteriorment es passa a realitzar sessions en grup o privades. La durada d&#8217;aquestes s\u00f3n de 50 minuts. En grup hi ha un m\u00e0xim de 7\/8 persones per sessi\u00f3, i en privada \u00e9s individual.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><br>Estem capacitats per a donar el nivell que necessiti cada persona en tot moment, aix\u00ed com per a modificar els exercicis si alg\u00fa ho requereix.
